Nelson Banerjee

Nelson Banerjee is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Global Service Desk at Yahoo since September 2021, Nelson previously held various roles including Global Service Desk IT Manager at Verizon Media and Oath, and Desktop Support Site Lead at eBay. Nelson has demonstrated a strong ability to manage technical teams, develop support processes, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective ticket resolution and collaboration across departments. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Stanford University, and Capcom, as well as foundational roles at FireEye, Inc. and HCLTech.
