Sandeep Thuthike

Sandeep Thuthike is a Principal Data Engineer (Senior Manager) at Yahoo since June 2022, specializing in the intersection of data, large language models, and cybersecurity, and leads the development of an enterprise-scale security data platform on Databricks that processes over 100 terabytes of security telemetry daily. Prior to Yahoo, Sandeep held positions as Lead Data Engineer and Senior Data Engineer at Mastercard from July 2017 to July 2022. Sandeep began a career in database engineering at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2011 to July 2017, providing database consulting and support across various roles for nearly five years in both India and the United States. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, obtained in 2010.
