With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ashford University, Jonathan has demonstrated strong expertise in managing global infrastructure, leading teams of engineers, and overseeing multi-million dollar budgets. Jonathan's experience includes transforming SaaS operations, virtualization, disaster recovery, and providing IT support for various organizations such as police, fire, and county government.
