Doug Berndt

Doug Berndt is an experienced data analyst and manager with a strong background in health outcomes and educational program support. Currently serving as a Health Outcomes Data Analyst at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic since September 2021, Doug manages day-to-day data operations and reporting requirements. Prior to this role, Doug was the Director of Data Management at Heritage University, where leadership in data collection and analysis supported institutional initiatives. Doug's experience also includes serving as a Program Coordinator for the City of Seattle, focusing on academic intervention programs, and as the Youth Programs Director at Yakima Family YMCA, overseeing various youth initiatives. Doug began a career in agricultural technology with the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Central Washington University.
