Tyler Rickettson

Tyler Rickettson has over a decade of experience in various technology-related roles. Tyler started their career as a Desktop Support Specialist at PAETEC, where they provided technical support to a large user base. Tyler then worked as a System Administrator at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they maintained and supported computer and server infrastructure. After that, Tyler joined IBM Global Business Services as an Enterprise Analyst, where they analyzed accounts and developed migration strategies.

Tyler then moved on to the education sector, working as a Data Analyst and Supervisor of Data and Assessment at Pasco School District. In these roles, they focused on database systems and data analysis, as well as supervising staff responsible for assessment and student information services. Tyler then became the Data Systems Manager at the district, responsible for the application layer of the information systems and collaborating with other departments to identify system gaps and implement solutions.

Tyler later joined Tri Cities Community Health Center as an MIS Manager, where they managed network and systems hardware and oversaw the NextGen EHR system. Currently, they are working at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic as the Senior Director of Technology and Security, responsible for the management and strategy of the technology and security stack. Tyler leads a team of IT professionals and manages budgets and tickets. Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated versatile skills in managing technology infrastructure and implementing efficient solutions.

Tyler Rickettson completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. This educational achievement took place from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
