Rich Luna has extensive experience in customer operations and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations for Smart Residential at Yale and August U.S. since September 2014. Prior roles at the same company include Customer Experience Manager, Customer Support Supervisor, and Customer Support Representative. Rich also worked as a Valet Attendant at The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay from August 2013 to January 2015, and earlier held the position of Call Center Representative at SupportSpace, Ltd. from February 2011 to July 2013. Rich Luna earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Academy of Art University, where studies were completed from August 2008 to May 2013.
