Amber Zaniewski

Amber Zaniewski, PharmD, BCPS, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Pharmacy at Yale New Haven Health, with a tenure beginning in May 2019. Zaniewski has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including System Director and System Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services. Prior experience at Yale New Haven Hospital spans from May 2004 to June 2019, where responsibilities included roles such as PGY-1 Residency Program Director, Manager of Education & Residencies, and Clinical Coordinator for Training & Education. Zaniewski completed a PharmD at the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Marist College School of Management. Additional experience includes academic positions as a lecturer and adjunct faculty member and contributions to the CT-1 DMAT as a pharmacist.
