Jennifer Casey

Jennifer Casey possesses extensive experience in training and instructional design within the healthcare and banking sectors. Currently serving as an Epic Principal Trainer and Instructional Designer at Yale New Haven Health since May 2016, Jennifer specializes in conducting EPIC end-user training and supporting implementation efforts. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of AVP, Director of Training at Cambridge Trust Company, where responsibilities included managing training needs across the bank, facilitating leadership development, and overseeing curriculum design. Earlier career experiences include training roles at Bank of America, Fleet Bank, and BankBoston, as well as serving as a Loan Documentation Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages from Providence College.
