Karen Butterworth-Erban Fache

Karen Butterworth-Erban FACHE is a highly experienced healthcare professional and educator, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and Adjunct Professor at Southern Connecticut State University. Since June 2019, Karen has held the position of Executive Director of Clinical Operations and Ambulatory Services at Yale New Haven Health, leveraging extensive expertise previously gained as Vice President of Operations and Director of Nursing at Root Center for Advanced Recovery. Additionally, Karen has served as the Director of Nursing for the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and as Regional Director of Emergency Services at Hartford HealthCare.
