Morgan Hills

Morgan Hills serves as Vice President of Operations at Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health, since May 2020, overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management of Ancillary Services, including IR and Heart and Vascular divisions. Prior experience includes roles at UConn Health where Morgan excelled as Senior Director of Hospital Operations, managing various departments at John Dempsey Hospital, and achieving significant financial improvements. Additional positions held at UConn include Director of Neuroscience, Rehabilitation and Respiratory Services, and Administrative Director of the Stroke Program. Academic contributions include serving as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Connecticut and leadership roles in the Nayden Rehabilitation Clinic.
