Hiroko Kawase is an undergraduate student at Yale University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with an Intensive Certificate in Education Studies and Chinese. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Yale Child Study Center, Hiroko is also a Curriculum Developer for the International Rescue Committee, focusing on STEM and Social Emotional Learning. In addition to these roles, Hiroko holds positions as a Campus Tour Guide at Yale, Director of Development for the Yale Debate Association, Project Manager and Analyst with the Yale Undergraduate Consulting Group, and Student Representative on the Board of Directors for Dwight Hall at Yale. Previous experiences include internships at Allen & Gerritsen and Nomura, a fellowship at National Taiwan University, and a student teacher intern position at Summerbridge Hong Kong. Hiroko has been recognized for academic achievements with the Yanai Tadashi Foundation (UNIQLO) Scholarship and possesses a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
