David Alpert

David Alpert is an experienced recruiter currently serving at Yale University since March 2023. Previously, David held the position of Senior Internal Recruiter at Meta from November 2017 to January 2023, where collaboration with Compensation, ER, HRBP, and Legal teams was essential in addressing employee queries and shaping internal mobility policies aligned with employment laws.
