Frank Mathew

Frank Mathew has extensive experience in information technology and enterprise applications, most recently serving as Deputy CIO and AVP at Yale University from February 2019 to July 2023. In this role, Frank oversaw the university’s enterprise applications and contributed to IT planning and governance. Frank also held the position of Interim Associate CIO for Campus Community Technologies, focusing on integrated online services for the Yale community. Prior to Yale, Frank worked at The University of Mississippi from April 1999 to September 2015, where notable roles included Director of Application Development and Integration, and Clinical Assistant Professor of Business, specializing in project management and SAP systems. Frank holds a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Mississippi, as well as a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
