Janet Gipson

Janet Gipson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business development, serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Yale University since November 2022. Janet co-founded Parhelion Career Accelerator in June 2024 and currently acts as Principal at Absolutely Balanced. Janet has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Global Medical Response and DISH Network, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at EchoStar Corporation. Janet's educational background includes a BS in Mathematics from Spelman College, a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from William & Mary, and additional studies at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Janet is also an active member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals.
