Lily Manzo

Lily Manzo currently serves as a Student Affairs Fellow within the Office of Gender and Campus Culture at Yale University, where responsibilities include supporting first-year undergraduate students through educational programs and consulting services. Previous experience includes a Graduate Intern position at Rutgers University's Center for Women and Work, focusing on research and social justice initiatives for working women in New Jersey, and a Writing Tutor role at Rutgers, assisting student athletes. Lily has also held leadership and customer service roles at Gap and Orangetheory Fitness, and has extensive involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives at the University of New Haven, including serving as Coordinator of Inclusion and Campus Relations and Diversity Peer Educator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Haven.
