Philip Coish

Philip Coish has extensive experience in the fields of research and medicinal chemistry, currently serving as Program Manager in Research, Neurology, and Program Manager for the Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering at Yale University since 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at Grand Banks Consulting from 2012 to 2015, Director of Medicinal Chemistry at BioRelix, Inc. from 2008 to 2012, and Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Sepracor Pharmaceuticals in 2007. Philip's career began at Bayer, where a position as Principal Research Scientist I was held from 1999 to 2006. Academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Core Business Skills from Sacred Heart University, a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Total Synthesis from the University of Pittsburgh, a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
