Eloge Elo-Scott

Eloge Elo-Scott currently serves as a Yali Alumni at the YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa since February 2023 and works as a Data Analyst with Swisscontact in Burundi since January 2023. In this role, Eloge Elo-Scott is responsible for collecting and analyzing field data related to the professions of associations and cooperatives using various statistical software including SPSS, R, Python, and Stata. Eloge Elo-Scott prepares reports for donors, conducts project evaluations, monitors progress against key indicators, and recommends program improvements. Eloge Elo-Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the University of Burundi (2018-2022) and has completed several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion from HP Life Foundation in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Certificates of Participation in Life Insurance Practice from Africa Re and Advocacy Assembly.
