Andrea McNulty

Andrea McNulty has a comprehensive work experience in the insurance industry. Andrea currently holds the position of Head of Product Development at yallacompare since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Insurance Panel Manager at yallacompare from July 2020 to June 2022. Andrea also worked as an Operations Manager at Gulf Resources Insurance Management Services Co. LLC from March 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining yallacompare and Gulf Resources Insurance Management Services Co. LLC, Andrea had an extensive tenure at Lifecare International. Andrea started as an Assistant Manager in General Insurance in May 2015, later progressing to the role of Manager in General Insurance in September 2015. In their role at Lifecare, Andrea was responsible for building a successful sales and renewals team, identifying lead generation sources, and meeting cross-selling and up-selling targets. Their responsibilities included developing and delivering training courses to sales staff and managing affiliations with travel agencies and bancassurance schemes. At AXA Insurance (Gulf) B.S.C. (c), Andrea held multiple roles. As a Key Account Manager in Employee Benefits from January 2012 to October 2012, they built and maintained relationships with intermediaries, achieving sales of USD 3.7 million on large corporate accounts. Andrea also provided post-sale support and conducted group benefits workshops for clients. Andrea previously worked as a Key Account Manager in Personal Lines from August 2010 to February 2012, where they ensured broker accounts achieved their annual targets and developed new accounts. Andrea started their career at AXA Insurance (Gulf) B.S.C. (c) as a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor from October 2008 to August 2010, where they focused on maintaining customer relations, handling queries, and liaising with underwriters.

Andrea's earliest role was as a Personal Lines Sales/Claims Executive at Tyne Valley Insurance from July 2007 to August 2008. In this position, they used computer and filing systems for record-keeping, provided customer service and sales support, and assisted with claim processes.
