Roozina Ahmed

Roozina Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Roozina is currently employed as the Head of Affinity Partnerships at yallacompare. Prior to this role, they worked at InsuranceMarket.ae™ By AFIA Insurance Brokerage Services LLC as the Unit Head - Retail New Business from 2015 to 2022.

Before that, Roozina was a Business Development Manager - Broker Management Team at AIG from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on client retention strategies and facilitating best possible terms for brokers.

From 2007 to 2013, Roozina worked at AXA Insurance (Gulf) B.S.C. (c) as an Insurance Advisor- Personal Lines. In this role, they handled customer inquiries, policy renewals, and endorsements, among other responsibilities.

Prior to that, Roozina served as an Account Executive (Underwriter) at Arabia Insurance company from 2006 to 2007. Their responsibilities included motor underwriting and managing front office responsibilities.

Their career started in 2005 as a Customer Service Executive (Temporary) at Emirates NBD, where they submitted daily sales reports, handled inbound calls, and worked with the sales team.

Throughout their career, Roozina Ahmed has developed expertise in affinity partnerships, new business development, client retention strategies, underwriting, and customer service.

Roozina Ahmed started their education in 2004 at Gulf Indian High School, where they earned their High School Degree in Commerce in 2005. Following that, they attended Emirates College For Management & Information Technology from 2005 to 2009, focusing on Business Administration and Management - Sales & Marketing Management. Roozina obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from this college.
