Paulina Parra

Paulina Parra is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people success, currently serving as a People Success Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager in Engineering at Yalo since May 2021. With a background in building remote teams and enhancing the recruitment process, Paulina has led various initiatives aimed at achieving company goals and improving candidate experiences. In addition to roles at Yalo, Paulina is a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, promoting empowerment for women and underrepresented groups. Previous experience includes leadership positions in talent acquisition at Scalable and recruitment roles at disforma, complemented by an internship focused on childhood therapy. Paulina holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from Universidad de Guadalajara and participated in an academic exchange program at Universidad de Oviedo.
