Michael Bayer

Michael Bayer is the General Counsel & Head of Business Development at Yamaha Guitar Group, overseeing product lines such as Yamaha, Line 6, and Ampeg. With a background in business and legal affairs, Michael has previously worked at companies like Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, Miramax, and Saban Brands. Michael has extensive experience in negotiating deals, managing intellectual property rights, and overseeing all legal and business aspects for various industries including film, television, music, and new media. Michael holds a B.A in Public Policy Studies/Film Production from Duke University and a J.D from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
