Lenneke has held various roles at companies such as Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., Royal BAM Group nv, and Deloitte, where Lenneke led change management initiatives for SAP S4/Hana implementations impacting thousands of end-users. Lenneke is also the Owner of INSIDE CHANGE, offering business change management support/services. With a Master's degree in Business Administration and a certification as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, Lenneke brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex business change programs.
