Paolo Pavesio

Paolo Pavesio serves as the Managing Director at Yamaha Motor Racing since January 2025, overseeing the Yamaha Factory Racing team and managing MotoGP participation. Previously, from January 2014 to January 2025, Pavesio held multiple leadership roles at Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., including Management Committee Member and Motorsport Division Manager, where responsibilities included marketing strategies and corporate communications across Europe. Pavesio's extensive experience also includes managing the Marketing & Communication Division at Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. filiale Italia and earlier roles at Red Cell and Bates Italia S.p.A. Pavesio holds a Laurea in Science of Communication from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Bachelor's degree in Classics from Liceo Classico Vittorio Alfieri.
