Paola Dellepiane

Paola Dellepiane has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Paola began their career at PTC in 2003, where they worked in maintenance until 2006. In 2006, they transitioned to avodaq AG, where they served as an Account Manager for a brief period. Later that same year, they joined Understanding Culture as an Intercultural Trainer and Coach until 2011. From 2007 to 2011, they also worked as an HR Manager at Ray Sono AG. Most recently, in 2012, Paola took on the role of Group Chief Human Resources at Yamaichi Electronics, where they continue to work to this day.

Paola Dellepiane completed their education in a chronological order starting from 1991 to 2009. Paola earned a Master's degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Genova from 1991 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Intercultural Communication and Cooperation from FH Munich, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FernUniversität in Hagen, which they finished in 2009.
