Kumar Kartikey

Kumar Kartikey is an experienced professional in training and quality management within the hospitality and service sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Training and Quality Head at Yammak since May 2025, Kumar previously held a similar position at Urban Company from February 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included developing training programs and addressing skill gaps. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Trainer at Accor from March 2015 to February 2021, along with several managerial positions within the front office. Kumar holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from Arunachal University of Study and a BBA in the same field from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.
