Brian Cahill

Brian Cahill is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Yamo Pharmaceuticals since November 2024, Brian previously held the same position at Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2016 to November 2024, where responsibilities also included the role of Vice President of Finance. Prior to this, Brian was Corporate Controller at Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. and spent nearly a decade at Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc. as Executive Director and Assistant Controller. Brian's career in finance began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as Audit Manager, followed by experience as Senior at O'Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins, LLP. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manhattan University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
