Maria Isabela Campano

Maria Isabela Campano is currently a People Partner Jr. at Yampi, where responsibilities include structuring processes related to the entire employee journey, focusing on engagement, internal communication, diversity and inclusion, and well-being. Previously, Maria held roles at AIESEC, including Director of People Management and Customer Experience Manager, where new HR procedures and team performance management were essential. Maria's early experience includes supporting HR routines and managing employer branding projects as an HR intern. Additionally, involvement in Rotaract included serving as District Representative and President of the Astorga Club, contributing to various public image initiatives. Maria holds a Bachelor's and teaching degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
