Gary Schweizer

Gary Schweizer is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the EGM Human Resources at Yancoal Australia Ltd since February 2018, where responsibilities include acting as a management representative on the remuneration committee and advising the CEO. Previously, Gary held various HR leadership roles at Oil Search Limited, contributing significantly to the organization's diversity initiatives, talent management, and leadership development programs. Prior to that, Gary gained extensive experience at Shell, managing national HR projects and site-level HR operations, along with significant accomplishments at Hans Continental Smallgoods and OSI Group. Gary holds degrees in Economics and Human Resources from the University of Newcastle and Western Sydney University, respectively.
