Kelly Adamthwaite

Kelly Adamthwaite is an experienced professional in the field of resources and planning law, currently serving as Superintendent of Tenements & Land Access at Yancoal Australia Ltd since September 2017, after previously holding the position of Specialist in the same area. Prior to that, Kelly worked at Rio Tinto from May 2012 to September 2017, fulfilling various specialist roles focused on land tenements and project approvals in New South Wales. Kelly's legal career began at Sparke Helmore Lawyers from February 2008 to May 2012, specializing in minerals/resources and property law.
