Renee Doyle

Renee Doyle is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, law, and project management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Projects & Corporate Initiatives at Yancoal Australia Ltd since May 2018, Renee oversees significant corporate transactions and organizational initiatives to align with the company's strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Renee was the Managing Director at Frontier Strategy Consulting, providing expert advisory services in capital markets and M&A activities. With a background as Special Counsel at MinterEllison, Renee specialized in corporate and securities law while representing numerous publicly listed and private companies.
