Yelena Sargsyan

Yelena Sargsyan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in key leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Yandex since June 2023, Yelena drives innovation and operational efficiency through the automation of accounting and management processes. Prior to this, Yelena worked as an Audit Assistant at YEREVAN AUDIT CONSULT CJSC, contributing to the accuracy of financial data. Yelena's previous experience includes a significant tenure as Chief Financial Officer at HayPost from August 2012 to June 2023, where oversight of accounting systems and financial reporting was crucial. Earlier roles include Chief Accountant and Accountant, demonstrating a robust understanding of financial operations. Yelena holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the State Engineering University of Armenia, complemented by additional training in business development and international accounting.
