Johan Langendorf

Johan Langendorf is an experienced professional in plant and quality management with a strong background in automotive engineering. Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager and Plant Quality Manager at Yanfeng since April 2019, Johan has previously held key roles at Faurecia from August 2011 to April 2019, including Program Engineer and Quality Engineer for Just In Time production of BMW X5 door panels, where notable achievements included improving first-time quality pass rates and significantly reducing scrap rates. Johan also functioned as Program Quality Leader for the BMW X6 instrument panel, ensuring customer requirements were met and conducting audits for parts validation. Education was completed at Université de Metz from 2007 to 2010.
