Cindy Turcot

Cindy Turcot has extensive experience in leadership and board governance, having served in various capacities including Immediate Past Chair of the Board and Chair of the Board at The Employee Ownership Foundation since January 2008. Turcot is a member of the Board of Directors at multiple organizations, including Heritage Aviation, Landry's Bicycles, VHV Company, and Yankee Publishing. Additionally, Turcot has a long-standing involvement with the Vermont Employee Ownership Center as a Past Chair and Board member, and previously held the roles of CEO, President, and Chief Operating Officer at Gardener's Supply Company from November 1983 until July 2023. Turcot was also the Past Chair of the Board of Directors for The ESOP Association from May 2010 to April 2023. Academic credentials include a degree from the University at Albany, attended from 1978 to 1982.
