Chrissy Montelli

Chrissy Montelli is an experienced freelance copywriter currently working with The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this role, Chrissy operated as a self-employed freelance writer, editor, and writing consultant from September 2018 to May 2021, providing various writing and editing services to clients. Academic experience includes serving as a graduate assistant in Student Activities & Involvement at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, advising approximately 60 registered student organizations. Chrissy also held positions as Promotions Editor at Slope Editions, where marketing and manuscript selection duties were performed, and as Poetry Editor at Gandy Dancer, leading a team in poetry selection and production.
