Nick Avanzato has extensive experience in minor league operations within professional baseball, currently serving as the Director of Minor League Operations for the New York Yankees since May 2014. Over the years, Nick has progressed through various roles, including Manager and Assistant Director of Minor League Operations, as well as Affiliate Video Manager for Player Development. Prior experience includes a brief stint as an MLB Scout School Graduate with Major League Baseball and internships with the New York Mets in amateur scouting and minor league operations. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, specializing in Sport Management.
