Eduardo Viegas

Eduardo Viegas has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Eduardo currently holds the position of Head of Mobile and Front-End at Yape since October 2021. Prior to that, from September 2019 to October 2021, they worked as a Mobile Engineering Manager at Telecine. In 2019, they also worked as a Senior iOS Software Engineer at Grupo XP for a short period of time.

Before their roles at Telecine and Grupo XP, Eduardo worked at Youse Seguros as a Specialist iOS Developer from June 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for defining the iOS team development process and maintaining Youse's iOS CI / CD platform.

Eduardo also has experience in iOS development from their time at bomnegócio.com, where they worked as an iOS Developer from June 2013 to May 2016. Eduardo was involved in developing the iOS app for the classified site and similar apps for the company's sites in other countries.

Prior to their iOS development roles, Eduardo worked as an iOS Developer at Mobicare from March 2012 to June 2013. Eduardo also has experience in Java web development from their role as a Java Web Developer at Imago IT Solutions from October 2011 to August 2012.

Eduardo began their career as an intern, first at Stefanini Consultoria from April 2011 to October 2011, where they worked on back-end development for an e-commerce website. Eduardo then interned at Specta TI as a .Net Developer from May 2010 to September 2010, and at ONIP from July 2009 to May 2010.

Eduardo Viegas completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Estácio University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Technical degree in Informatics with a focus on development from FAETEC from 2007 to 2009. Eduardo also obtained the certification of Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer 6 from Oracle in 2011.
