Currently serving as a Technical Instructor at Data Science Research Perú, Luis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Escuela de Postgrado UTP.
