Mabel Gomez Portocarrero has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and positions. Mabel is currently working as the Head of Advanced Analytics at Yape since May 2020.

At the start of their career, Mabel worked as a Senior Analyst in Collection Models at Banco de Credito BCP from November 2012 to March 2014. Their responsibilities included developing and calibrating scorecards, as well as identifying and evaluating model risks.

Before joining Banco de Credito BCP, Mabel had an internship at Ransa in 2010, where they conducted daily analysis of GPS data and optimized transport time.

Mabel Gomez Portocarrero completed their Bachelor's degree in Estadística (Statistics) at the National University of Engineering from 2005 to 2010. Later, from 2021 to 2022, they studied Digital Product Management at Colectivo23.
