Amber Rohde

Amber Rohde, FCAS, serves as a Board Member for the Casualty Actuarial Society since November 2022 and is the First Board President & Co-Founder of the NAWA: Network of Actuarial Women and Allies, established in April 2021 to empower women and allies in the actuarial profession. With a career at Travelers beginning in June 2005, Amber currently holds the position of AVP & Actuary in Enterprise Catastrophe Risk Management, leading a team focused on risk governance, ratemaking, and product development. Previous roles at Travelers include Senior Actuary overseeing Business Insurance Property Loss Analytics, as well as managing various teams as an Actuary for Lloyd's of London Syndicate. Amber's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Risk Management & Insurance, and Mathematics (Minor) from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, completed in 2004.
