James Hartley

James Hartley has held a variety of roles in the IT industry. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Business Systems Analyst at Nike, where they assisted with the migration of business reports from Crystal Reports to IBM Cognos. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Field Technician at Miatech. During this time, they were also self-employed as a Software Engineer and IT Support. Since 2019, they have been with YAPI, first as a Technical Support Specialist, then as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, and currently as a Technical Support Team Lead.

James Hartley attended Riverside City College from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a C++ Programming Certificate in the field of Computer Science. James also attended Udacity in 2018, where they obtained an Android Programming NanoDegree in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning React.js from LinkedIn in February 2022.
