Didem Cevik

Didem Cevik currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Yapı Kredi Teknoloji since September 2023. Prior to this role, Didem spent six years at Young Guru Academy, culminating in the position of Senior Program Coordinator, where oversight of the Science Movement project influenced over 600,000 children and 2,000 teachers in Turkey. Additional responsibilities included leading the Global Impact High School Program with a notable Ivy League admission success rate and managing financial operations for various programs. Didem also gained experience as an Assistant to the Founder and Chairman, as well as a Project Leader and Volunteer at YGA. Earlier career experiences include HR internships at Coca-Cola İçecek and Güven Hospital, and guest service roles during a work and travel program in the United States. Didem holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Middle East Technical University.
