Esra Kurt

Esra Kurt has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRBP & Talent Acquisition Manager at Yapı Kredi since January 2008. In this role, Esra manages HR functions for various departments, focusing on employee promotion, career paths, and retention strategies while also working closely with HR teams on compensation, performance management, and training. Additionally, Esra leads the recruitment process, enhances candidate experiences, and implements digital transformation initiatives in talent acquisition. Prior to Yapı Kredi, Esra held the title of Recruitment Manager at AC Nielsen and completed internships. Esra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University.
