Meltem Saydan

Meltem Saydan has over 27 years of work experience, primarily at Yapı Kredi Bank. Meltem currently holds the position of Commercial&SME CRM Director, a role they began in March 2021. From 2012 to 2021, they worked as a Research and CRM Manager in the Corporate and Commercial Banking Management division of Yapı Kredi Bank. In this role, they managed activities and relationships between the bank and an international research & consultancy firm, as well as coordination with other units to improve data warehouse environment and reporting tools. Prior to this, Meltem worked at Yapı Kredi Bank - IT as a Domain Architect and System Analyst, where they were involved in establishing data warehouse systems, designing CRM applications, and managing data flow for various banking departments. Meltem also has experience in investment software and previously worked as a System Analyst at Pamukbank - IT.

Meltem Saydan completed their undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University from 1988 to 1993, where they studied Mathematics Engineering in the Faculty of Sciences & Literature. Meltem later pursued further education at Anadolu University from 2019 to 2021 and obtained an Associate's degree in Brand Communication. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in the TPC Practitioner Program from TPC Leadership.
