Sara Kraft

Sara Kraft is an experienced professional in risk management and chargeback analysis, currently serving as an Underwriting Risk Manager at YapStone since May 2014. Prior to this role, Sara was a Chargeback Analyst at iPayment, Inc. from January 2012 to May 2014, and held the position of Account Services Retention Supervisor at Sprint between April 2009 and January 2012. Earlier in the career, Sara worked as an Account Service Representative at SAFE Credit Union from January 2007 to April 2009. Sara holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Design and Visual Communications from Sinclair Community College, attended from 1998 to 2002, and has further education from Columbus College of Art & Design.
