Carole Allen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process improvement and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Yara since August 2012, Carole leverages expertise in NPK plant operations. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Nor-Tek, focusing on refrigerant selection and material behavior predictions, and Process Metallurgist at Elkem, where responsibilities included updating material balance models and training personnel.
