Cromwell Ellie currently serves as Vice President - Talent, DEI and Employer Branding at Yara International, overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, global talent management, and employer branding initiatives since August 2021. Previously, Cromwell held various senior HR roles at Telenor from May 2016 to August 2021, including Global Talent Manager and Group Head of Talent Development, with responsibilities ranging from succession planning to performance management for C-suite leaders. Additional experience includes acting as Head Of Strategic Workforce Planning at Aker Solutions, HR Leader roles at GE Oil & Gas across multiple international locations, and HR consultancy and academic roles at Curtin University and the Government of Western Australia. Cromwell holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Master's in Human Resource Management, among other professional certifications.
