Juliana Filippelli has extensive experience in the field of human resources and business analysis, currently serving as Team Manager - People Services at Yara International since December 2014. Juliana has held various roles at Yara International, including HR Transformation Project Manager/Workstream Lead and Category Manager for Professional Services. Before Yara, Juliana worked as Senior Business Analyst at Swisscom Hospitality Services and gained international experience while studying MBA modules in Organizational Behaviour, Project Management, and Accounting during an expat assignment in New Delhi, India.
