Salika Paetzold

Salika Paetzold is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in agriculture, program management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Regenerative Agriculture Value Creation at Yara International since September 2021, Salika focuses on developing solutions for a nature-positive food future. Previously, at SWARCO, Salika held the position of Global Program Manager and managed multiple initiatives. Salika's experience at IBM included roles as Client Services Executive and various account management positions, where expertise in procurement and sales transformations was demonstrated. Salika's freelance consulting work involved applying lean methodologies to enhance warehouse processes. Salika holds an MBA from both the University of Cape Town and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, along with a BA Hons in Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
