Tom du Puy

Tom du Puy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance operations and accounting. Currently serving as VP of Finance Operations at Yara International since June 2021, Tom oversees a team of approximately 200 employees across Europe, managing four regional teams and three expert teams. Prior to this role, Tom was Head of OSS Europe at Yara International, where responsibilities included accounting and reporting for a team of 40 professionals. Previous positions include Finance Business Partner & Teamlead at Yara Nederland BV, Senior Accounting Specialist at Yara Sluiskil, Junior Manager at Deloitte, and an internship at Ernst & Young. Tom holds a drs degree from Radboud University and has completed studies at Nyenrode Business University and HZ University of Applied Sciences.
