Van has a diverse work experience, starting as an Assistant to Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Beverages Viet Nam Ltd., then moving on to roles such as Logistics Executive at Novartis Healthcare Private Limited, Logistics and Procurement Executive at Vinataba - Philip Morris Ho Chi Minh Branch, and currently serving as Head of Operations and Supply Chain Manager at Yara International.
